Blue Dragon - I love it but it doesn't love me

I have been eagerly awaiting the release of Blue Dragon since I got my xbox 360. At the time, the options for RPGs for xbox were almost non-existent, but it had been announced and even then its shiny was strong.

Now it is here, and it is very shiny indeed.

Unfortunately, what it isn't is stable. The game crashes before and after cut scenes. And there are a lot of cut scenes. And, you need to save at save points, so this requires you to repeat large sections of the game until it manages to get past them to the next cut scene. That's extremely annoying.

Oswyn has had better luck getting farther into the story, so I will leave off talking about how much fun the game is as it doesn't seem believable from someone who just said it makes the xbox roll over and die.

Also, I leave it to Oswyn to speak of the cock fighting introduced in FFXI.
